Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Facilitate a seamless arrival and departure experience while serving as an expert on hotel amenities and local interests.
- Operational Oversight: Manage multi-line communications and utilize hotel management software to maintain accurate reservations and billing.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries and concerns with a proactive, solution-based approach.
- Financial Accuracy: Assist with daily reconciliation and reporting to ensure the front office maintains peak operational standards.
- Qualifications
