Duties
- Oversee overnight front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Conduct detailed night audits using property management systems (PMS) such as FOSSE to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with promptness and a customer-centric approach
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and responding to any incidents following hotel emergency procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries efficiently while providing clear information about hotel services and amenities
- Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially FOSSE or similar platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and phone etiquette in a hospitality setting
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining hospitality standards
- Previous night audit experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
