Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that all areas of the hotel are well-maintained and ready for guests.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and prepare daily financial summaries.
- Assist guests with special requests or needs, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
Qualifications
