Role Description The Maintenance Technician role at TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Opelika, AL is a part-time, on-site position focused on ensuring the property is safe, functional, and well-maintained. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and building systems; completing work orders for minor repairs; and assisting with preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities. The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, coordinate with external vendors when needed, and help maintain the exterior areas, including the pool and barbecue facilities. Qualifications
