Hotel Maintenance Engineer / GCPM

GCPM - General Clean Preventative Maintenance

Our GCPM associates are responsible for maintaining and deep cleaning all guest rooms and public areas at least 3 times per year to provide the very best quality product for our guests 

Essential Job Functions:

·     Deep cleaning of guest rooms including vacuuming under beds and behind furniture, cleaning walls, cleaning grout, and shampooing carpets

·     Touching up paint and repairing wall vinyl as necessary

·     Removing and caulking in bathrooms and kitchens

·     Checking all components of a guest room to ensure everything including lighting is functioning properly for our guests

·     Being able to complete light maintenance items in guest rooms to fix anything not functioning properly

·     Cleaning a/c units and changing/cleaning air filters as necessary

·     Must be able to rotate mattresses without assistance

·     Must be able to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision

·     Must be able to clean a guest room to the same standards that are in place for all housekeeping employees
