Position: Floating Leasing Professional
Location: Columbus Apartment District Office - Columbus, OH
Office Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm, Saturdays may be required
Pay Rate: up to $25 per hour (based on experience), plus commissions, incentives and bonus potential
What You'll Do:
- Show and lease apartments, assisting prospects through the application and move-in process.
- Conduct tours, qualify applicants, and highlight community features and amenities.
- Track leasing activity and follow-ups using Yardi and other systems.
- Support renewals, marketing efforts, and maintain model units and property appearance.
- Travel between communities to provide leasing support as needed.
Who You Are:
- Experience in multifamily leasing, sales, or direct customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, professional attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Yardi experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
- Willingness to travel between communities as needed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Experience with property tours, lease processes, and application management preferred
- Ability to conduct market surveys and stay informed on local competition
- Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing and engagement
