Position: Custodian
Location: Sky Central, located in the historic PNC Tower, Cincinnati, Ohio
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Pay: $18–$20/hr based on experience commissions & incentives
What You’ll Do
- Keep residential hallways, stairwells, common areas, elevators, and management office spaces clean and well-maintained.
- Dust furniture and fixtures, sanitize restrooms, and ensure all shared spaces meet cleanliness standards.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff.
- Assist with resident events including open houses, resident socials, and other community gatherings as needed.
What You Bring
- At least one year of custodial, janitorial, or facilities support experience, along with a basic understanding of cleaning procedures.
- Ability to safely operate standard custodial tools and, when needed, light landscaping equipment used on the exterior areas.
- Basic computer and/or smartphone skills for communication and work order tracking.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and climb flights of stairs throughout the shift.
- This is a very physically active position and requires the ability to be on your feet and moving throughout the entire workday.
