Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Quail Run Apartments – Columbus, IN
Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, with an on-call rotation
Pay Rate: $23 - 27/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives

If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day.
1 years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
HVAC experience, EPA certification preferred
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
Basic computer and smartphone skills
Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance
Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, pool care, and groundskeeping tasks
Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents
