Position: District Maintenance Technician - COA and HOA communities
Location: Monastery (Corporate Office) - Servicing Locations around Cincinnati, OH
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation
Competitive Pay: $26 - $30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus mileage reimbursement
Bring Your Skills

2 years of direct experience in general maintenance
Residential exterior carpentry and general remodeling experience required, including painting, drywall repair, minor plumbing and electrical work, gutter and downspout cleaning and repair, as well as expertise in door and gate hardware repairs and wood trim replacement
HVAC experience
Effective communication skills and proficiency in basic computer or smartphone use
Comfortable working on ladders to perform roof and siding repairs and gutter cleaning
Must own basic hand tools for work use
Valid driver’s license with a reliable truck or van and auto-insurance for work use
What You'll Do
As a District Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, well-maintained, and welcoming communities. Every day brings variety, challenge, and the opportunity to make a difference for our homeowners:
Perform various maintenance tasks from service requests for Condominium & Homeowner Associations
Work on ladders, roofs, gutters/downspouts, carpentry, wood trim replacement, club house maintenance, painting, etc.
Provide customer service to homeowners and Board of Directors
Manage priorities and competing demands in a busy environment
