Full job description
Night Auditors have accounting and customer service responsibilities. Their duties vary depending on
their hotel’s services, but typically include:
Running night audit using the property management system (FOSSE ) software or manual methods in small
hotels
Processing payments including room charges, debit and credit, cash, and cheques
Processing wake-up call requests
Checking in and checking out guests
Answering guest queries and providing services as required
Monitoring hotel and reporting any accidents or incidents to the manager
Counting and securing the till at shift’s end
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
