Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team at our hotel. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.
Duties:
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including coffee, tea, juice, and breakfast items
- Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed
- Clear tables and clean up spills or messes promptly
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Buss tables and clean dishes as necessary
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Basic knowledge of food service procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills
