Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care to maintain a spotless environment.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across all surfaces, ensuring compliance with health standards.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care.
• Operate various cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents safely to achieve optimal results.
• Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when required, including patios or entryways, contributing to overall property upkeep.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service while managing time efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, with knowledge of janitorial or custodial practices.
• Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning techniques, carpet cleaning, and floor care equipment.
• Ability to implement proper sanitation procedures and handle cleaning detergents safely.
• Strong manual handling skills with the physical ability for heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday.
• Outstanding customer service skills with clear communication abilities for client interaction.
• Previous experience with housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not mandatory.
