Registered Dental Assistant (RDA / EFDA) – Dental Instructor Opportunity

Towne Centre Family Dental in Hillsborough, NJ (Central NJ) is hiring an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or EFDA to join our growing team—with a unique opportunity to also serve as a Dental Instructor / Dental Assistant Trainer for our new NXTLevel Dental Assisting Academy, opening this Spring.
This hybrid role combines hands-on clinical dental assisting with teaching and mentorship in a 10-week accelerated dental assistant training program operating directly out of our modern dental practice in Central New Jersey.
Qualifications
- CDA or RDA certification required
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dental Assistant
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting or Dental Hygiene program
- Strong communication, organization, and technology skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Prior experience as a Dental Instructor or Dental Assistant Trainer is a plus
- International Dentists residing in the U.S. encouraged to apply
Schedule & Benefits
- Flexible hours Monday–Thursday
- Every Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
