Hours - Full-time Monday through Friday, occasional Saturday
Competitive Compensation based on experience
Responsibilities:
Stock in vehicles
- Ensure proper billing of all vehicles sold - review, coordinate and submit information to lending institutions and Department of Motor Vehicles
- Reconcile dealer reserve statements and product submissions
- Process payments to floor plan institutions
- Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process
- Other duties as assigned
Requirement
- 2 years of automotive billing experience required
- Familiarity using a dealership management system (DMS)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
Salary : $18 - $21
