Sales & Customer Service Associates assist in signing new members into our membership plans and taking care of account issues while obtaining and servicing customer needs. Our staff members are also expected to demonstrate the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Effectively Communicate the value of our service
- Greet each customer promptly with a smile
- Inform customers of Unlimited Wash Plans and make the sale
- Answer questions and provide direction for customers who are unfamiliar with our process.
- Help maintain operations throughout the location
- Achieve benchmarks and goals set by managers
- Use of electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment
Work Ethic:
- Must work as a team player and uphold Car Wash standards of professionalism and integrity
- Must apply high standards of employee conduct. Those standards include reliability, promptness, courtesy, appearance, and professional behavior
- Must be able to put forth the best interest of the business and customer above their own

- Presentable and professional appearance
- Ability to work long hours on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience with one employer
- Reliable transportation

Starting pay is determined based on individual qualifications and includes commission
