Kitchen Manager

We are beginning interviews for a well organized and professional Kitchen Manager We offer a matching 401K plan, paid time off, and bonuses.

In depth knowledge of all stations as well as attention to detail are paramount. We serve a lot more than Pizza so experience with grill, and fryers is necessary.

Kitchen Manager will work alongside and report to our General Manager and the responsibilities include supervising the food prep and cooking, maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards

You will be in charge of ordering and coming up with creative daily specials as well. Some experience with catering is preferred, as is being able to work in a professional manner at all times. Prior knowledge of point of sale systems or the ability to come up to speed using them is required. This is a hands on working management position so the candidate must be able to multi-task. We close at 9 pm weekdays and 10 pm on weekends, so no late nights as well.

Certification: Have a Food Manager Certificate or be willing to acquire one
