Windsor Recreation Services is currently looking to hire seasonal full-time Summer Camp Unit Directors to oversee children aged 5-12. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a camp environment, possess strong leadership and administrative skills, be able to implement programs effectively, and have excellent communication skills. Additionally, candidates should have some supervisory experience. As a Unit Director, you will supervise a team of 3-5 individuals and interact with 50-75 campers weekly. The seasonal position will require the candidate to work from June through August 10th, 2026.
Minimum Qualifications
$18.50 hourly, depending on qualifications and experience
40-hour-a-week position - June to August 10th
Daily schedule: Monday through Friday - 8-hour shift - between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm

- Be certified or willing to obtain CPR/AED & First Aid training before the start of the program
- Candidates must have Summer Camp experience
