Swim Coach
Responsible for the proper skill instruction and motivation for a competitive racing team. Design and implement appropriate practice schedules for individual age groupings. Be punctual, prepared and organized each day. Attend all Summer Suburban Swim League meetings. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow staff and the public. Communicate regularly with participants and parents to ensure they are aware of the meet schedule and all adjustments due to weather. Planning and execution of swim meets. Act in a professional manner, maintain a fun, safe and controlled environment. Perform other duties as assigned by the Beach Manager.

- Adult/Child and infant CPR, or the ability to obtain prior to start
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification or equivalent preferred
