Natick Recreation and Parks is seeking energetic, responsible, and fun-loving applicants who enjoy working with people of all ages to join the Natick Recreation and Parks team. We work to serve all members of the community through classes, programs, and special events.
As the Program Assistant for Birthday Parties, staff will connect with families, coordinate the details of the party, and execute the schedule on the day of. Birthday parties take place on Sundays, from 9:30am-3:30pm.

- Provide leadership to program participants and staff
- Opens/closes facilities, assist with set-up, cleaning, and inventory management
- Take primary responsibility of participants and staff
- Create, facilitate, and evaluate programs and events
- Enforce appropriate safety regulations and emergency procedures and apply appropriate behavior-management techniques
- Manage birthday party communication, registration, and activities
- Work as a team Other Duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- 2 years of experience in the field including supervising staff.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field with increasing responsibility, including supervising staff.
- Current CPR/FA certification approved by Massachusetts Health Department or ability to obtain upon hire.
