Customer Service Representative Recreation - Recreation
JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical work involving registering patrons for all recreational activities, balancing daily cash drawer, answer multi-line phone system, provide information on all recreational activities and locations. General customer service. This position's hours are from 3pm to close Monday - Friday and Saturdays. This is a part time position with no benefits.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of related work experience or any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Learn and operate specialized computer programs, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a detailed and effective manner with minimal supervision. Excellent customer service and phone skills are a must. All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of drug screen and various background investigations which may include criminal history, driving record, credit report, employment history education verification and personal references.
