Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Pool Supervisor to lead and oversee our pool operations, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all guests. In this role, you will manage daily pool activities, supervise lifeguards, and maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and guest service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily pool operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift management, and guest interactions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including water safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Oversee guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction
- Manage cash handling duties
- Conduct regular safety inspections of pool facilities, equipment, and surrounding areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, cash balance, and maintenance needs
Lifeguard certification preferred. If certified, pay increases to 14.50/hour
