• Provide coverage for staff absences across all PreK-2 classrooms, Unified Arts
Teachers, ESPs.
• Create a collaborative and nurturing environment for students to learn and take
risks
• Follow clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects, and communicate those
objectives to students as written by the teacher
• Guide and counsel students with adjustment and/or academic problems
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate
effectively and respectfully with students, families, and staff.
• Collaborates well with colleagues of diverse backgrounds on pedagogical
approaches to support students
• Other duties assigned by the building administration
