Bass Lake Site Supervisor-PT

Bass Lake Park is seeking responsible, motivated Site Supervisors to help lead daily operations and deliver an excellent experience for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, outdoor work, and a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise Park Assistants and help guide daily team operations.
• Open and close park facilities and ensure readiness for daily use.
• Handle cash transactions, reservations, and scheduling software.
• Assist with guest services, including boat rentals, concessions, and event support.
• Help care for ambassador animals and support park routines.
• Maintain trails, facilities, and grounds to keep the park operating smoothly.
• Set up and break down the conference room for rentals and special events.
• Support safety, communication, and overall guest satisfaction across the park.
• Perform other related duties as assigned in support of staff supervision and daily park operations

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old.
• Confident, reliable, and able to lead others effectively.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Comfortable working in and around water.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Job Details

• Pay Rate: $13 per hour.
• Hours: Up to 25 hours per week, depending on park needs.
• Requirements: All applicants must pass a background check, drug screening, and fingerprint check.
  • Employees hired into this position must also complete the North Carolina Boating Safety Education Course within 30 days of hire.

This position is not eligible for benefits.
