Bass Lake Park is looking for energetic, dependable, and guest-focused Park Assistants to help create a welcoming experience for every visitor. What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist visitors with friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
- Support boat rentals, concession sales, and front desk operations.
- Help care for ambassador animals in accordance with park procedures and training.
- Set up and break down the conference room for rentals and special events.
- Assist with park maintenance, trail upkeep, and facility cleanliness.
- Support rental bookings, special events, and guest experiences throughout the park.
- Perform other related duties as assigned in support of guest experience and daily park operations.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 16 years old.
- Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
- Comfortable working in and around water.

Available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work weekdays during normal business hours.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to follow directions clearly.
Job Details
- Pay Rate: $12 per hour.
- Hours: Up to 25 hours per week, depending on park needs.
- Requirements: All applicants must pass a background check and drug screening.
This position is not eligible for benefits.
