TITLE: RecordingSecretary to Zoning Board of Appeals
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE POSITION: Under general supervision, employees of this class perform a wide variety of clerical work involving responsibility for attending meetings, recording and typing minutes for the Zoning Board of Appeals. Work is performed under the general supervision of the chairperson of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES:
Takes minutes at public meetings, transcribes minutes. Meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of every month.
Makes revisions to draft minutes as required.
Contacts Chairman when needed;
Uses computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Outlook in performing work activities;
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and three (3) years of general office clerical work experience preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $69.34 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 2 per week
