The Town of Hartford, Vermont, is seeking qualified candidates to join the Parks & Recreation Ice Rink Operations, performing a variety of rink duties centered around a very dynamic, diverse, Nationally Accredited Parks & Recreation Agency. The Seasonal Rink Monitor will assist the rink crew with public skating, events, and games.
Preferred qualifications include: a high school education plus two years of relevant work experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. Positions require evening and weekend hours. A valid Vermont driver’s license is required. Ideal candidates should have a general understanding of facility maintenance care and practices. The Rink Monitor ($14.42 to $18.00 per hour) is a seasonal, non-benefited, part-time position of up to 20 hours per week.
