General Statement of Duties
Provides oversight and management of the indoor Field Hockey clinic. Plans and determines instruction format, drills, and organization of participants.
**Program runs: Sunday mornings, from January through March (8 weeks, 2 - 6 hours per week).

Qualifications
Must possess considerable Field Hockey coaching/playing and instructional experience.
CPR/AED and First Aid certification is required; however, if applicant does not have valid certification, they must be willing to attend training offered by the Parks and Recreation Department or complete course on their own.
Must be at least 21 years of age. May be required to pass a background check.
Job Description
Lays out the work for and supervises other instructors.
Participates in running drills, coaching, instructing, and demonstration.
Is familiar with the participant's emergency information and keeps an updated roster on hand. Administers emergency response and first aid if needed.
Follows the Town protocol for communicating emergencies.
Ensures that all equipment is set-up and removed before and after each session.
Communicates with, and answers questions of, participants.
Serves as a positive role model and implements good sportsmanship.
Performs other related duties as required.
