GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Under general supervision of the Senior Center Supervisor, incumbent facilitates specialized programs. This role is a maximum of 19.5 hours per week with a varying schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Leads participants in program activities and events in order to facilitate program objectives and maximize benefit to participants.
- Arranges equipment setup, supplies and materials.
- Maintains records and statistics of activities.
OTHER DUTIES:
- Performs other duties as required.

- Maintains confidentiality of records and information as appropriate.

- Observes safe work practices
- Represents the Town in a professional and courteous manner at all times

- Sit or stand, frequently; walk for prolonged periods of time or stoop, occasionally
- Perform manipulative skills such as keyboarding or filing
- See objects closely as in typing a document or reading a report; hear normal sounds with background noise, distinguish voice patterns and communicate with speech as in using a telephone
- Concentrate on moderate detail with some interruption, attend to task 60 minutes or more, remember multiple tasks/assignments given to self and others over long periods; understand and relate to specific ideas, generally, several at a time
