You're someone who's comfortable rolling up your sleeves outdoors and isn't put off by the occasional strong smell in the name of public service. You have a knack for troubleshooting mechanical and chemical systems, and you take pride in catching small issues before they become big problems. When a resident calls in with a complaint, you treat it as a puzzle to solve rather than an inconvenience, and you follow through until it's resolved. You're equally comfortable behind the wheel of a CDL-rated vehicle and elbow-deep in equipment maintenance, understanding that protecting Gilbert's wastewater infrastructure means protecting the community's quality of life.
At Team Gilbert, we hire innovative, forward-thinking problem-solvers who love what they do! In addition to possessing the ability to live out our core and functional values daily, candidates must possess the following requirements:

- Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement at the time of hire or promotion
- ADEQ Grade I Wastewater Collections Certification upon hire or promotion, with ADEQ Grade II required within one year
