What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Lifeguard -Full-Time position at Town of Davie?
- Graduation from an accredited High School or GED;
- Possession of current license/certification from the American Red Cross Certified Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid certification.
Copies of current certifications MUST be provided with your application by close of posting.
- Must be able to possess American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification and (AFO) Aquatic Facility Operator within six (6) months of employment.
- Vision Requirement:
- Must see 20/30 either uncorrected or with soft contacts.
- Applicants cannot wear glasses for vision correction.

- The selection process will include successfully meeting the minimum requirements of each of the following: an oral assessment, background investigation and a medical examination which includes a drug screening test and physical examination.
