Job Description
The HYCC Custodian will be responsible for the care and maintenance of the Hyannis Youth Community Center and its related equipment. This role involves performing manual work to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the public building.
Minimum Qualifications
One year of experience in clerical or maintenance work; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Class D drivers license required.
Ability to obtain pesticide license within probationary period may be required.
CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
Ability to pass CORI and SORI check
Additional Qualifications
General knowledge of cleaning materials and methods. Working knowledge of chemical handling and storage including MSDS Forms
Ability to perform moderately physical labor. Ability to read and interpret instructions and directions.
Basic skills in performing preventative maintenance on equipment and basic machinery
$1,954.79 bi-weekly, plus benefits
