This is a full-time, on-site Loan Officer role based in Kissimmee, Florida. As a Loan Officer, you will assist clients in securing mortgage loans by evaluating financial profiles, preparing loan packages, and guiding clients through the loan application and approval process. Daily responsibilities include assessing clients' financial needs, advising on loan options, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and collaborating with the underwriting team. You will also play a key role in fostering relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Loan Origination and a deep understanding of loan products and processes
- Strong financial knowledge and expertise in underwriting and assessments
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to advise and collaborate with clients and colleagues
