- Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure each visit is memorable from start to finish.
- Confidently share menu knowledge, make thoughtful recommendations, and showcase featured dishes and local beverage selections.
- Provide prompt, attentive food and beverage service while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Contribute to a fun, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere during daily service and special events.
- Manage busy shifts with professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and a passion for guest service.
- Previous Serving experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
- Valid Food Handler’s Card and RBS Certification.
