Associate Adjuster
Hybrid - Worcester, MA - Howell, MI - Syracuse, NY - Itasca, IL – Richmond, VA
We are actively hiring Associate Adjusters to join their Level One Auto claims team starting on a temp-hire basis. As an Associate Adjuster, you will play a vital role in the success by providing a critical service to the business and its customers. As a member of the Claims team, you will work in a dynamic and fast paced environment to help our customers after an unexpected event. In your role, you will investigate, evaluate, and help settle our customers’ claims. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding goals and metrics that drive the success of the claims organization.
Average 3-4 months temp to hire employment; robust training and development, on-the-job experiences, personalized coaching and ongoing mentorship
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Flexible Schedule: Typically, 2–3 days in office and 2–3 days remote. Monday-Friday, training schedule is 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Following the training period, the shift will be either 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. May be required to work in office during initial training period.
