What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse RN - Hospice Home Health Reading position at Tower Health?
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8A-4:30P; holiday and weekend rotation
Performs nursing services requiring the application of the biological, physical, and social sciences, and nursing skills in the care of the terminally ill. Plans coordinated Hospice services to individuals and their families. Works in an interdisciplinary relationship with other members of the Corporation's staff and core members of the hospice team to assure delivery of high quality nursing service in accordance with an established Plan of Care.

- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Experience
- Relevant Experience
Certification and Licensure
- PA Registered Nurse License
- Current Valid Driver's License
- Current Automobile Insurance
- BLS Certification
