What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Access Coordinator position at Tower Health?
The Patient Access Coordinator will oversee, monitor, mentor, coach and assist staff working in assigned Patient Access areas. The coordinator will support staff with daily operational issues, including patient registration, insurance requirements, medical necessity, outpatient scheduling and customer service. This position will ensure adequate coverage as needed for staff vacancies, volume fluctuations, and workflow changes, etc.
Full Time Position Monday -Friday, 7:30am - 4pm or 8am4:30pm, No Weekends or Holidays are required
