About the Role:
TEP is seeking a hardworking and mechanically inclined Civil Field Technician to join our on-site field team. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role ideal for someone eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Must be able to travel out of market as needed for up to a total of 2 weeks.
- Dig trenches for underground conduit up to 42 inches deep across various terrain and weather conditions
- Assemble and install steel ground platforms, cabinets, and other heavy equipment
- Use hand and power tools to bend conduit, thread pipe, and pull wire
- Assist electricians and foremen with electrical installations and infrastructure work
- Form, pour, and finish concrete pads and small foundations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines on-site
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year general construction experience preferred; some cell tower industry experience highly preferred.
- Experience with concrete form and finishing experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; self-starter, team player, and results oriented.
- Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
- Heavy machine operator experience.
- CDL license preferred but not required.
Compensation:
- Pay Range: $23–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
