Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, professional Administrative Assistant to join our team! This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the office runs effectively and efficiently. This position will report directly to the office manager.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors
- Help coordinate various company meetings, parties, and events
- Coordinate/pick up daily lunches and handle a variety of day-to-day tasks
- Handle various errands inside and outside of the office (shopping, mailing, etc.)
- Purchase/maintain office supplies and the organization of company merchandise
- Assist in special projects as needed
- Process employee expense reimbursements
- Data entry in Salesforce.com database
- Assist in making travel arrangements
- Carry out administrative duties i.e., organizing, filing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Help manage key vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred
- Reliable method of transportation for company errands, and a clean driving record
- Ability to prioritize and multitask is essential
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional, honest, dependable, and self-motivated individual
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite/products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Canva or other creative design platform experience is a plus
