JRDN Restaurant is Tower23 Hotel's 10,000 square foot award-winning contemporary oceanfront steak and seafood restaurant, featuring casually sophisticated cuisine for lunch dinner daily, and weekend brunch. The restaurant entices guests with a California-fresh menu that can be experienced in the modern lounge or on the oceanfront terrace.

We’re currently seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Director to lead our dynamic team and continue delivering the standout service and quality we’re known for.
Who You Are:
An experienced, hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and a strong command of restaurant operations in a high-volume, upmarket environment. You know how to inspire a team, analyze the numbers, and create memorable guest experiences — all while staying cool under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of 85 employees with an emphasis on training, service, and accountability
- Collaborate with the CEO and VP of Operations to drive financial performance and meet key targets
- Own the floor during peak hours to model exceptional guest service
- Oversee beverage and menu development, purchasing, and inventory
- Champion a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment
- Recruit, train, and mentor both hourly and management-level staff
- Analyze P&L statements and identify areas for growth and improvement
- Run weekly management meetings and conduct annual reviews
- Implement promotions and initiatives that enhance both guest experience and revenue
What You Bring:
- 3 years of GM or AGM experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
- Strong financial acumen (P&L, labor, inventory)
- Proven leadership in managing large teams
- Experience with ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels
- Commitment to service excellence and team collaboration
- Flexibility to work all shifts including weekends and holidays - as business requires
Bonus Points For:
- Bar program and cocktail development experience
- Background in full-service hotel dining

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
