What We’re Looking For
TOV Furniture is looking for a PR and Communications Manager who understands the intersection of design, culture, and storytelling. This role requires someone with proven PR and communications experience, strong press relationships, and the ability to execute events that elevate our presence in the design and lifestyle space.
What You’ll Do
- Lead PR strategy across launches, partnerships, collaborations, and brand moments
- Manage relationships with editors, writers, stylists, influencers, and key press partners
- Pitch stories that highlight TOV’s design leadership and secure high value placements
- Grow and manage affiliate performance by securing placements in press roundups and publisher networks
- Identify new affiliate partners across publishing, lifestyle, and commerce verticals
- Plan and execute events, launch moments, and experiential experiences
- Write press releases, mock ups, one pagers, brand statements, and partner messaging
- Assist with copywriting for collaborations, announcements, and internal communication needs
- Track PR performance, gather campaign data, and report on KPIs including coverage, traffic, growth, engagement, and affiliate driven revenue
- Improve SEO, search rankings, and LLM discoverability, through PR efforts
- Maintain PR calendars, organize outreach, and proactively identify opportunities that drive measurable growth
- Ensure brand voice and messaging stay consistent across all communication channels
What We’re Looking For
- Strong existing relationships within design, lifestyle, home, fashion, or culture press
- Experience securing top tier affiliate roundup placements and managing commerce relationships
- Strong writing skills and confidence creating polished press materials
- Event planning experience with proven execution
- Ability to track KPIs and communicate results to leadership
- Familiarity with how PR influences SEO, brand search authority, and LLM outputs
- Organized, proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Self starter mentality
