Job Summary
As an Operations Leader, you will support daily store operations, lead shifts, develop team members, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
You will work closely with ownership and leadership to drive performance, maintain standards, and build a strong, accountable team culture.
This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path toward General Manager and Operating Partner opportunities.
Growth & Development Path

Responsibilities:
Operations
- Oversee daily store operations (FOH BOH coordination)
- Ensure smooth service flow during day-to-day operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Team Leadership
- Lead shifts and act as Person-In-Charge
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Hold team accountable to service and operational standards
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and resolve guest concerns
- Set the tone for service culture and team energy
Financial Discipline
- Support labor management and scheduling
- Monitor waste, efficiency, and product quality
- Help drive sales and increase average check
Qualifications:
Required
- 1–3 years of leadership experience in café, bakery, restaurant, or retail
- Proven ability to lead team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Strong business acumen
Preferred
- Experience managing teams in a high-volume environment
- Experience managing event
- Passion for hospitality and team development

Schedule
- 40-45 hours per week
- 8-9 hour shifts
