Duties

- Handle questions from guests confidently while maintaining a lively and positive atmosphere
- Conduct outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism
Experience
- Actors, theater students, those with experience in tour guiding, teaching roles that involve public speaking and presentation skills are strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage tour group dynamics effectively
- Knowledge of safety practices, first aid certification (CPR preferred), and emergency response procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories and deliver informative presentations
