Responsibilities
- Instructional Delivery:
- Teach four courses per semester (Spring and Fall), accommodating diverse scheduling needs including day, evening, and Sunday classes.
- Deliver instruction in a hybrid modality, seamlessly integrating in-person classroom teaching with concurrent Zoom sessions.
- Develop and maintain engaging and effective course materials and assessments.
- Scholarly Activity:
- Conduct and disseminate business-relevant research through publications in reputable scholarly and professional journals and books.
- University Service:
- Actively participate in university committees and contribute to the broader academic community.
- Attend and contribute to faculty meetings and engage in the intellectual life of the university.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Master's degree in a relevant field required.
- Doctorate preferred.
- Terminal degree (e.g., Ph.D., DBA) in a relevant discipline preferred.
