We’re looking for a ghost leasing agent to cover the hours when prospects still want to tour. Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll also need to be in multiple buildings at once.
We understand this may be difficult for someone with a pulse.
Requirements
- Must be available without sleep, breaks, or time off.
- Must be able to support tours in multiple buildings at the same time.
- Must verify each prospect’s ID and credit card before the tour. Being invisible does not count as proof of identity.
- Must guide prospects to the right building, floor, apartment, and amenities. No aimless haunting.
- Must answer questions throughout each tour about availability, pricing, parking, pet policies, and more. “Boo” is not an acceptable answer.
- Must capture tour activity and prospect questions accurately. A hauntingly good memory isn’t enough.
- Must give human leasing professionals useful insights for timely, personalized follow-up. Disappearing after the tour is not an option.
Supernatural availability is required. Human applicants deserve reasonable hours.
