Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Downtown Leasing Agent, primarily located in Chicago, IL with some work from home flexibility. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing leasing processes, administering leases, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include showing properties, negotiating lease terms, and handling lease documentation. The role also involves coordinating with property management teams and ensuring that leasing goals are met.
Qualifications
- Thorough experience in personal marketing or branding on social media.
- Ability and willingness to work outside the traditional 9-5.
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
