Responsibilities
- Receive training in a collaborative environment, and expand your personal knowledge of the financial industry by working with your mentor and experienced advisors
- Meet with clients and ask questions to assess their financial needs.
- Actively listen to best determine the solutions most suitable to their situation.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent rapport, outstanding service, and active listening skills.
- Expanding personal knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and joint work with fellow associates

- BA, BS and/or graduate degree or equivalent work experience required
