As a Client Service Associate supporting our team of Financial Advisors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and client relationship management processes. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing client inquiries, and assisting in new business activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. There is a career development pathway to becoming a fully licensed Financial Advisor if desired.
Responsibilities:
· Client Relationship Management
o Handling of all inbound client service requests
o Maintain and update client databases and records.
o Assist in scheduling meetings with clients.
· Administrative Support
o Prepare and process client paperwork, including account applications and documentation.
o Insurance applications, scheduling medical exam, communication with New Business Coordinator and underwriters.
o Coordination and handling of advisor calendars includes confirmations, reviews, and reminders.
o Manage and organize documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
o Handle general administrative tasks such as scanning and data entry.
· Team Collaboration
o Work closely with the team of Financial Advisors to achieve targets and objectives.
o Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions on client management.
· Marketing Support
o Help organize workshops and seminars.
o Oversee and run Client Appreciation Events
o Collaborate with firm Marketing Director for joint efforts

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
