Maintenance Technician – Glenville, GA
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Overview
We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician for a large mobile home community in Glenville, GA. This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who knows how to get work done without constant oversight. If you have real property maintenance experience and take pride in doing the job right the first time, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs on mobile homes and community infrastructure
• Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues efficiently
• Complete work orders quickly while maintaining quality standards
• Identify problems early and take action before they become bigger issues
• Handle HVAC repairs and general upkeep to ensure resident comfort
• Assist with community repairs, upgrades, and ongoing improvement projects
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and job sites
• Document completed work and communicate updates clearly

Requirements & Expectations

• Property maintenance experience is required – no exceptions
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and stay productive without supervision
• Must be dependable, responsive, and take ownership of your work
• Comfortable working in occupied residential communities
• Able to handle a fast-paced workload and shifting priorities
• Professional attitude when interacting with residents and team members
