Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Assistant Property Manager to support operations across multiple mobile home communities in East Tennessee. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team to ensure our communities operate efficiently and maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across multiple communities
- Manage resident communication in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with leasing activities, including applications, screenings, and move-ins
- Maintain accurate resident files, leases, and notices
- Assist with rent collection, payment posting, and delinquency follow-up
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Conduct regular property inspections to uphold community standards
- Enforce community policies consistently and professionally
- Assist with vendor coordination and scheduling
- Utilize property management software to maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Previous property management, leasing, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and sound judgment
- Comfortable managing responsibilities across multiple locations
- Proficient with computers; experience with Rent Manager is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
