What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Manager Waikiki position at Touchstone Properties?
Seeking an experienced resident manager for a 100-unit condominium in Waikiki. Position requires general maintenance, computer, administrative, verbal and written communication skills. Hands on experience with minor plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and electrical knowledge. Must be able to work well with a board of directors, property manager and contractors. Must be willing to be on call 24/7 and handle emergency situations. Salary commensurate with experience. Studio apartment and 1 parking stall provided.
The duties and responsibilities of the Resident Manager shall include, but are not limited to (1) maintaining the condominium and common areas; (2) administering and enforcing House Rules and Association policies; (3) interface with condominium owners, residents and their guests. Oversight of service vendors; (4) keeping of records and; (5) hiring, supervising and/or terminating service vendors, as directed by the Board of Directors and/or Managing Agent; and (6) performing regular maintenance and any miscellaneous or additional duties as directed by the Board of Directors and/or Managing Agent.
